TG Commercial was founded in 2006 as a partnership between Brandon Schramm and Jerry Stephenson, Jr. as a way to unite their unparalleled experience as commercial and residential general contractors.

Schramm is a licensed general contractor with eighteen years of new home construction experience and has built a strong, loyal following in the Triangle community.  His quality upscale homes are delivered on time, within budget and with a hands-on service approach.

Stephenson has been a licenced general contractor since 2000, with over 17 years building commercial projects.  His company specialized in restaurant construction, commercial up fits and renovations.  When a relocation brought him to the Triangle area, his background and experience only aided him further as a NC real estate broker.  He kept his general contractor's license and continued to consult for his former construction company.

Now TG Commercial is a licensed, insured commercial building company doing business in over 20 states throughout the U.S.
